You may have particular fears or concerns about labor, delivery, or becoming a new mother. We will target these concerns in order to create clear mental space and help you feel empowered.

Doulas are trained cheerleaders. We will provide comforting practices to allow your brain and body to perform best. We will continuously assess your progress and provide affirmations, explanations, and assistance. You will not be alone.
